Previously pasting text from black-backgrounded IDEA or Microsoft Word in Evernote for windows has been working as it works now in online evernote version :

As of now paste in windows version works as below:

It seems that depending on how user selects text (please check first block of 10 lines enclosed with empty black lines and second block with 2 lines)
You can test this functionality using provided evernote_test.docx file.
Could you please fix this behavior? (restore original one or provide third paste option)
P.S. Note : I don't remember which version was before I've updated, if there is some update log on my windows machine - please tell me where to find it.
