jaolds 0
I just got a new iPhone and when I went to open Evernote, ALL of my notes were missing. Zero notes existing. I logged onto my desktop, hoping they had just failed to sync to my new phone, but my notes are all missing from the desktop version as well. They're not in the trash. Apparently, I have to "upgrade" to email customer service, and the chat line is "offline," despite it being within the business hours listed on the chat option. Help! Where are my notes? The master version of your notes is maintained on the servers. You can view them using the web platform (www.evernote.com) Make sure you use the correct userid/password Link to comment
jaolds 0
I am using the correct user ID (I only have one), and I have looked on the web platform. It tells me I have zero notes. Any other ideas? Link to comment
