Mokers 0 Posted October 10, 2017 Share Posted October 10, 2017 After updating to the most recent version, most - but not all - notes have disappeared. The notebook structure is kept intact. I've tried syncing many times, deleting and reinstalling, restarting macbook. The notes appear in Evernote Web and all is fine there. Edit: Just discovered that all note content between August 2015 and now is gone. OS is El Capital version 10.11.6 Link to comment

The web servers store the master version of your notes Macs contain a copy of the data. It is only a copy and can be rebuilt from the servers (exception for Local Notebooks) If the data is messed up on my Mac, I can trigger a full sync by: Hold the **Shift** and **Option** keys on your keyboard and click the sync wheel Link to comment
