Minor annoyance on login page

Hey, Evernote team! So, I often use evernote.com to log in and out of my two Evernote accounts. After I enter my login email, I have to click "Continue" to display the password input field, which seems like an unnecessary step. I also use LastPass to fill in my username and password, and your two-step login process means I need to have LastPass fill in my login info twice. 

Honestly, I'm not as much annoyed by the extra couple of clicks as I am curious to know why you have the "Continue" button at all. Why not simply display the email and password fields at the same time? (I work in UX, so these types of questions are kind of my thing ) 

Anyway, keep up the great work! I'm a big fan, not only of your web version, but also of the desktop and mobile apps.

I agree with you though - I'm also a LastPass user,  and my poor little add-in has to work twice as hard on this site as any other.  I don't use any other website that has a similar two-part login.
