On MacOS Sierra with latest Evernote GA and Beta, attempting to rotate PDF pages clockwise or counterclockwise twice results in the original orientation (upside down). After upgrading to beta I was able to rotate the first page of a 2 page business card scanned with Scansnap to correct orientation, which was never possible with GA, but the back side of card, page 2 exhibits same incorrect behavior.
In addition to fixing this bug, maybe a flip vertical/horizontal option may be useful.
