I use Outlook Clipper and once you SAVE the email to a Note, the item pops up as the Note to be stored in Evernote. Mostly this is not required as you just want to move on, and so hit the close button after a second or two when it appears. How about a check box button on the the create note window not to open the created note window and just save it into Evernote.
