ClareVS 0 Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 I updated my iPad version of Evernote to 8.2.1 and now it won't open. When I click on the icon it just does nothing. I have tried from the App Store list as well and still nothing. All other apps upgraded at the same time are working fine Link to comment
Level 5* EdH 1,670 Posted May 3, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted May 3, 2017 Did you reboot the iPad by forcing to restart? If that fails, your only recourse is to delete Evernote and redownload as something has become corrupt in the local database that is causing the app to crash. When you log in to the new install, it will pull all your data back down from Evernote servers. Link to comment
