Loading Screen Pops Up Every Time I Try To Use Mac Desktop Application

I recently installed Evernote on a new computer (Mac Mini Core i5) and signed into my existing account. Every time I try to open or use Evernote, this loading screen keeps popping up, blocking me from getting anything done.

My solution would be to start over

Delete the app and database; reinstall and let the database be rebuilt from the servers

Warning; The rebuild doesn't include Local Notebooks or unsynced notes

The app AppCleaner is recommended to completely delete Evernote from your Mac
