ENEX file import - create date

Did the behavior of importing file change? In the help it says the original  create date will be switched to be the current date. 

But when I import a note it keeps the original create date. 

Using the latest Mac Version.

It's always beeen my experience that the dates were maintained.

The only thing I lose is the Notebook

I can't explain the documentation, but it needs updating
