hmhrex 1 Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 Alright, here's a small issue I ran into several months ago, and just haven't had time to bring it up. I have a new email account, and I accidentally created a new Evernote account with this address instead of changing my email address in my existing account. (Don't ask me how, I'm still banging my head on the wall over that one.) I quickly deleted that account, and tried changing my email address in my existing account, but it said an account with that email address already exists. I figured I would give it some time to clear out of the database (thinking it was just being cached or something), but I still can't use that address several months later. I figured it probably a bad idea to post my email address here, but I was wondering if someone could give me a hand in clearing the botched account once and for all so I can update my email address.
