moqs 1 Posted November 22, 2016 Share Posted November 22, 2016 I tried reinstalling the app and re-starting my phone, but when I scan and e-mail it is not received by the recipient. It worked beautifully on my iphone 6 and I didn't have any problems. I don't know if it is the iphone 7 or some other problem. Do I need to pay to use it? Maybe something changed that I am not aware of . . . Link to comment

moqs 1 Posted November 24, 2016 Author Share Posted November 24, 2016 I got it to work. I'm not sure which did it: Signing out of Evernote, or updating my mail app (I recently got a new phone and hadn't clicked into the mail app). But it works now. Thank you for responding! Link to comment
