Web clipper can't start

I use web clipper to save a confirmation of online orders for my customers and email them a PDF while we process their order. I've been doing this for weeks, but all of a sudden I now get this error message when I try to open web clipper if I'm on my customyarn.com site (this happens on both the front and back ends of the site). I simply get the error message, "The clipper couldn't start on this page. Reload the page and try again. If that doesn't help, contact customer support." (I've obviously tried reloading already.)
