Note not scrolling down when keyboard opens

On my iPad mini I am using latest version of Evernote. I want to add to a note which is longer than the size of the window. When I go to add text the keyboard opens but it covers the end of the text making it impossible to add text. Previously the text would move up to allow me to add text. This has only just started to happen. I have reinstalled Evernote and switched the device off and on but to no avail. I cannot reproduce the same thing on another iPad2 running same version of Evernote.
