Issues with exceeded limits on windows app

On the windows evernote app my limit is exceeded but when I login a new cycle has started and I have lots of room. I tried un-installing and re-installing with no success. How do I fix this?

Hi. If you view your account settings page on Evernote Web  https://www.evernote.com/Home.action, does it reflect the renewed upload limit for the cycle? If Evernote Web correctly displays the renewed limit, and your PC still does not, please use the steps below to fix this. 

1. Select File>Sign Out
2. Go to https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action 
3. Find your PC listing, and select Revoke Access
4. Open Evernote and log back in to your account. 

Let us know if the Evernote for Windows Desktop app continues to report your account has reached the upload limit after completing the steps above.
