App Reinit...Scans Gone

Opened app today in iPhone (does not appear the app had updated recently)...gave me the intro screens...something it doesn't normally do.

And my scans are gone and nothing in the recents bin (there should have been plenty.)  I had let about 15  pages or so accumulate on the current work pile.

Any way to recover?
