Keith Berson 0 Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 Every time I start up my laptop and need to use the web clipper, I am being asked to authenticate. Is there any reason for this? When I access EN through my web-browser, I at least have an option to "remember" the computer for the next 30 days. Why don't I have the same option with the web clipper? Link to comment
jbignert 473 Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 The default is to keep you logged in until you log out by your own action. It sounds like it may be related to your system having a setting or another extension / utility that clears cookies, cache or wipes local storage for your browser. Link to comment
