If you have different font styles and sizes in one note, they're added as 'invisible' coding at the beginning or end of lines, or between paragraphs. So deleting text in one font size might force the next paragraph to jump up or down to that size, or cause other random changes in layout. You could use simplify (or remove) formatting on the text, or copy it into a word processor where you have more controls over style, then back into Evernote, or attach the WP file to the note.
