Add scanned business card to iOS contacts

Hi,

 

As the key reason that I planned to use Scannable why is scanning a business card and adding the details to iOS contacts so difficult?

 

I have an iPhone 6 Plus (128GB). When I scan a business card and then tap on it I either get app crash or the option to rotate etc but no option to add to contacts.

 

Can you please provide a clear step-by-step process map for adding business card details to iOS contacts.
