I always press send confirmation email, but my email address is missing a hyphen. When I go to update in evernote account settings, it says this email address is being used. I don't ever get the confirmation emails because its missing the hyphen. What are my options? Soo annoying... Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,667 Posted February 2, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted February 2, 2015 Do you have another (non-hyphenated) email address you could use? Try changing your account address to that one, exit Evernote, restart and then change back. See if you can get a correctly-spelled email address to stick. It's possible that Evernote just doesn't allow for email addresses with hyphens, in which event stick with the backup address for a while (so you at least get messages and updates) and submit a bug report by choosing "report a bug..." in the first dropdown after logging into this link > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action Link to comment
