Paid for Premium Account say Free

Hi.  Have you restarted your app since paying?  The server may need to update your status - File-Exit and restart to check.  If you paid someone other than Evernote,  then the message can take a little while to get back to base - especially if it was over the weekend.  If you paid some days ago and have restarted already,  you can contact CS by raising a support request - choose "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging into logging in to this link > https://evernote.com/contact/support/

 

When you get a ticket number - which should be immediately - post it back here and we can flag your post for an Admin to have a look at.
