JT English 1 Posted December 17, 2014 Share Posted December 17, 2014 I recently left my old job and shortly thereafter I left my evernote business account. When I left the account I lost all of my personal notebooks as well. Anybody else have this problem? Help?! When I tried to contact Evernote support they directed me here because I am no longer a "premium" account. Link to comment

Have you tried logging into that separate account since you left the business? Link to comment

Level 5* gazumped 11,666 Posted December 23, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted December 23, 2014 I can only suggest that you raise a support ticket here - https://evernote.com/contact/support/ - choosing "login/account access issue" from the first drop-down. It's possible that extracting your account from the Business package has lost or corrupted some information. We don't have the access here to check account information. Obviously you should still have access to all your personal notebooks. Link to comment
