(Archived) [Feature Request] Create link to a new note within a note

It would be great if I had the ability to highlight text in a note and turn it into a link to a new note in the same notebook with the text highlighted as the title.  This could be added to the link context menu or Add... dialog.

Or even a [wikilink] style or CamelCase link..

Yes, wiki style linking is what I had in mind.  I expect that Evernote will steer clear of any kind of markup or CamelCase though.  It is very often though that I am writing a list and want to expand a list item into a new note.  Any tool to make this process easier would be a great help.
