Can't upgrade from plus to premium

Currently I am on a Plus subscription, and I would like to upgrade to a premium subscription. However, the manage subscription page shows 'coming soon' and I can't seem to change anything at all. It has been showing this for the last few weeks now but nothing is happening it seems. Anyone got a clue?

Hi.  My subscription page is working fine - you could try another browser and go to https://www.evernote.com/subscriptions/manage,  or as you're a subscriber already,  reach out to Evernote on https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new to ask them to take your money...
