Adding information to a note from the top of the page

Evernote for android. 

I edit a note on a daily basis keeping records of epileptic episodes.

It would be really useful if the note was automatically added to from the top of the page, rather than having to scroll all the way to the bottom to do it in chronological order. 

Failing that, could be cursor automatically go to the end of the last entry to save scrolling?

It's a great app that I use for many different projects, mostly so I can save things I need to refer back to.

I recommend separate notes for each episode     
You don't want to risk corrupting your entire log during a single entry

Ascending or descending?  
I would add entries at the top
