Unable to contract support / Need a help

Hi community,

May be I'm wrong to ask help here. But, the problem is that I cannot contract support team.
As I've searched, I need to be at least a premium member to contract support. Then I became a premium member, but nothing has changed and the help page still ask me to upgrade to premium. How can | contact them? the subject is about a bug for my Mac app. Thanks.
