sgp723 0 Posted July 4, 2019 Share Posted July 4, 2019 This just started happening on my mac. When you select a shortcut notebook it stays for a second and jumps back to all notes. It doesn't do this when you select recent notes. Super odd. Is there a fix ? Version 7.11 (457847 App Store) Editor: 69.1.8237 (1f0aea9) Mac os 10.14.5 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,197 Posted July 10, 2019 Level 5 Share Posted July 10, 2019 No experience with this special issue. Just had other problems with the client installed from the App Store. Uninstalled (completely, using AppCleaner !) and reinstalled the direct install app, Same version like from the App Store. My issues were fixed. I then learned that the App Store software runs in a sandbox, which can cause problems. The same software, direct install is not restricted. Link to comment
