I can't create stacks in Evernote web anymore!!!

I'm trying to create a stack of notebooks on Evernote web but can't do that at all!!!

Dragging and dropping notebooks isn't working and there is no "create stack" option in the options list.

My browser is Firefox 66.0.3

Did Evernote disabled that feature or what's wrong?

Are you using the new beta version? 

You might want to downgrade.   To downgrade, click on your picture icon in the upper left corner
