How do I move a newly created notebook into a stack, or, how do I create a new notebook in a stack

I'm trying to create a new notebook in a stack. So far I haven't had any success. 

I'm using web client - Chrome browser. 

I've tried dragging and dropping both in the black navigation bar that lists all notebooks - -as well as the "notebook stack view" that you get when you double click on Notebooks in the navigation bar. 
I've tried right-clicking,
I've clicked on "actions.

No success.  
Any suggestions and help appreciated.

Go to account settings and switch to the Current version of EN.  You can create a notebook and drag to a stack with this version.
