Lost Notes in Web App

All of my notes are missing. 

Back in January I created a new account and downloaded Evernote onto my work computer. Although it was on my work computer I signed up with a personal email address. 

I left my job about a month ago, my computer was wiped. I didn't worry about my Evernote because I knew it was backed up online. I checked a few days after the wipe and still had my notes. Well I logged into today and all my notes are gone, in fact, it looks like a brand new account... it has zero notes.

I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

I traveled to South Africa during this time and wrote alot of notes in their so it's truly bumming me out. I of  course don't have any access to the original computer I downloaded it on. All I have is the web app for this account now.

Hi.  One of the attractions of Evernote is that all your notes,  in all your accounts,  are easily accessible from any internet connected device with the correct user name and password.  So your notes from both accounts should still be available.  You need to check your user name and password are correct.  This may be the only problem since presumably your work account used your work email address for contact,  and you no longer have access to that address.
