Notebook search should not be case-sensitive

Although notebook search has been restored, it is still broken.

As a Webclipper user:
Given that I am searching for a notebook,
When I type the lower case first letter of the notebook,
Then I should see all matches regardless of case.

Yes, that's been reported widely already. Hopefully they'll fix it in the next round of updates.
