Bullet List White Spacing

I prefer bullet points to have white space separating them, like a blank line. It looks less crowded that way. It would be nice to have a setting that would treat bullet text entries like paragraphs when it comes to spacing. Better yet, provide a .5, 1, 1.5 line spacing option.

No automatic spacing option, but I can manually add blank lines to my bullet points using shift-enter

That's nearly ok.

But having a format feature would allow adding the space automatically to a whole list after the fact or at any point during the creation of the bullet or numeric list.
