No Points for Referral

I recently referred my friends to sign up for evernote, but did not receive any points and my friends did not get the premium as well. Does anyone have a solution for this? How do I submit a ticket to get help? When I go to the help and support page, all it says is to submit a ticket but does not offer a link or location.
