Font colors stripped out of my EN templates in 6.11

I updated to 6.11 today and the templates I have created no longer display the blue font color in the table cells into which I type text. I have tried to reformat the table cells with the blue font color, but it does not persist. When I type, the font color is black. Table cells with text in them retain the blue color, but blank cells turn to black. Please restore the ability to format blank table cells with the desired font color. Thank you.
