Or how do i add a PDF or word-document which is in mail directly to an existing note? I can do this in Apple notes very easily but not in Evernote for iphone In evernote i only can add a document from mail or a safari webpage tot a notebook not to a single note Link to comment

Nothing in the Share menu to add to an existing note; only create a new note If you can send your data to a file in Google or Dropbox, the note editor can retrieve it; paperclip icon Link to comment

Instead of adding a document or website to an existing note i have to take much more cumbersome steps and use other apps. Why can Apple notes do this right? Will evernote ever fix this problem with an update? If you have EN on a desktop/laptop computer, then you can easily merge separate notes into one note. Not as good as being able to put things directly into one note, but fairly easy to deal with. You could set up a notebook just for this purpose, and make it your default so that all your files from emails and web clippings, etc. come into this notebook. You could also assign tags so you can remember which notes need to be combined into one note. What cumbersome steps and other apps are you currently using to get this accomplished? Link to comment
