Where is "reminder" action in menu bar

Hi,

I often use Evernote as reminder in replace for Mac Reminder app. To save time, I need to be able to assign a shortcut to action "Add a reminder to this note" ( which I have to click, and choose couple of options to finish). I think by Simplifying and Add this action to "Menu Bar" which I can use Automator to assign a shortcut to it, we can save time and be more productivity.

Until this gets implemented, as a workaround you can use an Applescript to assign a reminder date to a note.
This could be triggered by shortcut key

I have the same problem for Windows. The icon for reminder is hidden. I agree it should be on the main screen of the note. I use reminders a lot.
