Pevster

I have been looking through the forum for various solutions, and I have come up empty. I cannot delete permenantly any items in my trash. I have tried on pc version, andriod version and web version. The versions I have used have been up to date. The option to "delete permanently" is greyed out. Most of the items in the trash are unshared. Any help would be most appreciated.
