HeBolz, I thought that worked, but it didn't; all that happens is that a "1." appears on the line and the "7." is made part of the text. I notice that when I delete the wrong number, numbering is turned off automatically. What am I doing wrong?

I use Evernote Free, and I have a formatting question. I started a list in a note and had to interrupt the numbering. When I restarted the list, it started at "1." instead of "7.". Is there a way to reset the numbering, and if so, what is it? Thanks.

gazumped, Windows 11 compatibility checker tells me that Evernote is not compatible with Windows 11. That surprises me, since I used it on W11 without problems until I rebuilt the system. I'm not on Twitter; I tried to create an account twice but could not create an account. I can't afford even a single month of Premium, so it looks like I'm stuck. What else do you suggest?

Yes this is a free account, which means I'm limited to 2 devices. Right now, my only device is the website, I still get the "not online" error message. What now?

agsteele, revo-ing and reinstalling didn't help. I'm dealing with some othe (presumably) hardware-based problems. so I'm taking it to the shop. We'll see what happens when I get the computer back.

I run Evernote Free on a Windows 11 laptop. I recently had to rebuild my system, so I had to reinstall the Windows app. To my surprise, I get a message saying, "Cannot log in. Your computer appears to be offline." I went on the web and unlinked the web app, so the website is my only device. Why can't I log into the app?

I use Evernote on a Windows 11 laptop. For the last three or four days, I've had to rebuild my system and set up Evernote again. Now, when I try to log in, the app tells me I'm not online. (This happens after I type in my email and before the password box appears.) Since I'm writing this on your site, I obviously am online. Has anyone else run into this situation? If so, how did you resolve this? Thank you.
