Thanks for your reply. I raised ticket a month ago but did not get it fix. and they charged me $19.99 recently. Blocking users accessing billing page and charge user. it happended to me before and I guess it's not "out of luck". It might be a way for them to charge user.

I can no longer access my billing plan: https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action during recent weeks. It blocks me using my points. evernote just charged my credit card. I logged tickets and no reply. Anyone else have similar issue?
