I scanned a larger number of important documents on Monday, and already during the process, the app crashed every time I tried to open the completed scans.
I followed some online advice and first offloaded the app (keeping all data) to then reinstall it.
Now the app is working fine again, but the documents are not accessible. I can see that they are still stored as "Documents & Data" linked to Scannable, but the app itself does not recognize them.
Any ideas on how to "reunite" this data with the app?
