There are two major profiles for sound playback on Bluetooth. Currently Evernote uses HSP (Hands set profile) for some reason. This profile has designed for land line phone quality just for conversation. It is not good at all for high quality stereo audio. Evernote should select A2DP profile instead of HSP and use HSP when sink device does not support A2DP.
