  1. I see - I will try that page again. I saw this, but I'm sure I missed the button that you mentioned. Thank you and I'm sure your response will help others too
  2. I have about 10 tabs open trying to find support or links to get a refund in the 60-day window. I found nothing. -- Account settings - No. I can cancel, but I can't get a refund request. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/115010561808-Evernote-Refund-Policy - No. There are no links to actually request it here. Evernote support - No. Leads me to the link above with no other options. "How to request a refund" page https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/21400396397587 - No. It only has instructions for Google Play and iTunes. Chat bot - No. It doesn't recognize that beyond sending me to a Teams page. "Contact support" https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new No. It has the information in the image. No information on where to submit a support ticket. Other areas that say "Submit a support ticket" send me back to this page. What am I missing? The Terms of Service says to send a written message, but no information on how. Since the refund window is outlined in the official policy without actionable information, I'm just going to do a chargeback, but I'd like to at least see if there's a way to take care of this online. UPDATE: Thanks for the help! In case it helps others - I originally didn't have the "Submit a Ticket" button (just chat and forum) when I was using the account support question option that I chose first, but there's an option that can be found by scrolling down on this specific page.
  3. If there are tons of tags, the only option seems to be click each and every one of them to drag to a master "delete this" tag which isn't a workaround since you'd have to click each tag anyway. Now that it's a year later, is there a fix to this for Mac or web?
