Good afternoon Amanda,

My name is Dale and I have been a client since 2012 and love Evernotes.  However, many years ago the email (address and provider) associated with the original setup in Evernotes has since been removed leaving me with no way to receive an email to that address to reset my email address to have these "reset capabilities" even possible.  However, in a previous post, you mentioned that if we have a downloaded version of Evernotes in Windows that you may have a solution.  Can you please assist?
