You are right! Thank you for the feedback! I took hand-notes during a meeting. After closing the sketch tool, a preview appeared in the corresponding note but after few seconds it disappeared. The note remained empty and there is no track left. I was using the version 10.25.

Hello, my hand-notes (ipad pro, ios 15.3.1) had been properly saved but after short time they have disappeared. Anybody experiencing something similar? All the best
