I also just had the same thing happen to me. I created two notebooks on Sunday night (I'm a new user) and today, both notebooks and all of the notes within the notebooks are gone. Granted it was only a few notes but, I'm very disappointed because I was quite hopeful that this would be a new tool I could use to help me keep my notes organized.
