  1. I just started getting the same message no matter what I clip. Even if it is just a few words. If it's related to a change in the way a website is designed, the change hit every website I visit simultaneously. I haven't been able to clip a single word for several days on either Firefox or Chrome. I get this message every time, and I haven't seen it before this week. In the past, I sometimes had issues with individual webpages that had a ton of information on them, but I could just clip them in pieces using the "selection" function. That's not making a difference now. Looks like other people have been having the issue for a few months without resolution...not sure why it kicked in now for me, but not being able to save anything to EN is huge inconvenience. I can copy and paste, but that's more difficult, and there's no accompanying note info.
  2. Hi, I've been using Evernote Legacy since the change last year...I've used EN for Mac for a decade. Suddenly, I got an error message the database was not accessible and would not allow EN to function properly. Since then, the research function doesn't work except for notes added since (it has only been a few days). I opened regular EN and it won't retrieve anything (possibly because it hasn't been able to sync up yet...it just keeps trying to load). And I went onto EN web and it won't retrieve files past a certain point--though it says they are there in the total note count when I search for something, the notes won't load. What do I do? Forgot to add--on Legacy, most of the notes seem to be there when I go directly to the notebooks--it's the search function that is broken, I guess, so the database of notes is there, just not functioning properly. But the behavior of regular EN and EN web is making me nervous---the difficulty of loading notes on them is why I use Legacy.
