Same problem on MAC app. I have large notes, lots of bullets, in which I constantly write new text (I use it as a kind of log file in my work). I tried everything, here on the forum someone suggested creating a new evernote database file, I tried that, but typing is still terribly slow, and Evernote using 100% of my MAC CPU. Productivity-killer.... I used Evernote Legacy until the last moment, it was perfect, but this new Evernote is surprisingly slow:( I've tried other note-taking programs (Joplin, Obsidian, Logseq), but honestly it would be very difficult to switch after many years of using Evernote. So I hope to find some kind of solution on the forum, or something magically changes.. do yout think is it possible that the problem is that i am not subscribed at this moment, and subscribing will solve my problem, at least partially? I'd like to subscribe, but I'm afraid it would be a waste of money if it's still slow after that.
