I can't believe Evernote still haven't addressed this after close to 6 months and despite numerous people raising it as a critical issue. This isn't easy because I've used Evernote for about 10 years, but I've had enough and I'm moving to another platform. If the app isn't doing what you want as a user and the developers refuse to respond to feedback, I suggest you do the same.
