@Buckethead, that worked, at least for the Windows app. I still can't access support on the website, though. I don't need it for this problem, though, since it's solved. Hopefully, the migration will be fixed by the time I need help again. Thank you!!!

I have the same problem. To continue to have askes to tasks, which I love and have been using since it debuted, I needed to subscribe to a "trial" even though I was a premium subscriber and now am listed as a personal subscriber. I also can't access support options that are supposed to be available to premium/personal subscribers, so can't get help that way.
