    I have to run a filter often using a tag and location. It seems like I can't create a shortcut for that on mac. Is that right?

    Sort by tag is critical. There's an entire GTD-related website that teaches (for free) how to set up Evernote to work with GTD. Surely the Evernote team knows this and is in touch with its customers at this level. This is an old question and you've still not restored it so I assume you're telling all the GTD people to use another product.

    I also use the "no tags" at the top of a list to go through the items that I need to tag. Sort by tag is a must.

    Removing "sort by tag" is not a bug. It's removing a feature that tons of us not only use, but rely on for a daily workflow. Its removal makes the product useless.
