+1 more case... Experiencing similar issues. I can use the 'Capture screen' function in the helper tool, but the other two functions (Capture window & Capture selection) do not work as expected. I expected some "growing pains" with this latest release of Evernote, but it would be great if these two functions work as advertised, instead of having to use the Mac's built-in capture window/selection functions and drag the files into a note.
